Rendering out HDV to DVD - anything I should know?

I am in the processing of performing a test render out to DVD to check the colour and audio on a TV - any suggestions on the best way to render this out? (I don't have a decent TV to check it out while connected to my computer).
The project is HD 1080-60i (1920x1080, 29.970 fps) and I used the HV20 to film this (I don't really care of the 24p at this point using some of the methods of extracting it).

I am using Arch 4.0 DVD, so I am going to be bringing it in as a single movie file...

Thanks in advance,

In Vegas8, I render to and mpg file using DVD Architect NTSC video stream preset, but customizing to Best.

Then I import that file into DVD Architect. By the way, Architect 5 is available for upgrade free on line.

Thanks for the quick response Chris,

Is there a reason you use the "DVD NTSC video stream" rather then the "HDV 1080 60i"?

Is there going to be a difference in quality? I am assuming the client will be watching this on a regular TV, not high def, but wanted it ready in case they do...
