Two shots in one screen

Hello,

i have two shots of the room. One is static and one is motional.
I want to put static on left half of screen and the second on right one.
I want them to be blended, something like if u set up opacity in one layer in
photoshop. I hope i explained it clearly enough :)

Thanks for any uzseful replies

So they both remain full screen and you only want half of each visible?

Track 1: Video 1 and use the masking tool in the Pan/Crop tool to mask out what you want or don't want (it can work either way)

Track 2: Video 2 which will show through the mask.

Is that what you're wanting?
