actually once you point to the new location for the first file you get a window that says "found all the other files in the same new location. use them?" and off you go. I do this ALL the time when I render a project on my Core 2 Duo system (video mapped to D:) after editing on my Athlon 64X2 system (video mapped to V:). Very easy.
