Re editing a video for a client.

I was asked to re-edit a quincenera video that was done by some idiot with a camcorder. After watching the finished dvd then transfering the footage i was in disbelief as to how bad a job this guy did. He zooms in and out and pans everywhere like he got some kind of video turrets. He also took advantage of some special feature his camcorder had in catching a freeze frame then cross fade some random picture he had stored in the memory. He used it randomly throughout the video cross fading a rose and some waterfall from a tropical island. What a mess. taking longer than I expected. I'll try and post some footage later.
