Best format to render Nikon d 7000 files for a dvd pal widescreen

Hi, which are the best settings to render the Nikon d7000 files to output to:
Mpg2 dvd architect PAl widescreen

M2t Hdv1080 50 i or Progressive? I need to watch the file on a WDHDTV

If you're not rendering for Blu-ray, "DVD Architect PAL Widescreen video stream" with AC-3 or PCM audio is your only option.
Be advised that you're going to see a substantial drop in picture quality.

What about if i wanna have a Blue ray disc to preserve the HD?
Which settings? Remeber Nikon d7000 files mixed with HDV 1440x1080 50i footage from my fx1 camcorder

Sorry Marcus but I've never done any Blu-ray work.
I just got my first HD camera at work a few weeks ago so that shows you how far behind the times I am :)
