Will the VASST Freeware DoubleTake 1.1.1 Work with Vegas 7? When I try installing it, it only shows Vegas 5 and 6.

Alex,
I don't have Double Take but it should work fine with Vegas 7. VASST site doesn't have any warnings so should be good to go.
Happy editing.

It said Vegas 6 could not be found. Duh. Because there is no Vegas 6 on my computer anymore. It does not show under scripting when I open Vegas 7. Doesn't look like it works with Vegas 7.

If the files were actually installed, you could manually add the proper link into the Vegas 7 script menu folder. If the files were not installed, an updated installer would be required.

There are at least three other options available for multi-cam which are: Ultimate S, Infiniti-Cam (both from VASST.com) and Excalibur (at jetdv.com/excalibur). To read about manual methods to do multi-cam, take a look at Vol 1 #9 of my newsletters at www.jetdv.com

I used that plug with 7.0d before I bought Ultimate S - worked fine. seems like you had to change default directories or something though, IIRC Vegas 7 used different default plugin directories or something... Steve
