Convert 1080p MOV to 1080p AVI

How do I convert a 1920x1080p 30fps MOV to a 1920x1080p 30fps AVI

I run HDLink and I end up with Interlaced 1080 - not the 1080p

What gives??

Thanks for chiming in David. This is a huge deal for Cineform to Vegas users!! Is there anyway in Cineform to reduce frame size to prepare for DVD SD output?
