I found it interesting. Thank you for sharing.

Thanks for that, and the other clips on the site. As someone absolutely brand-new to filmmaking, every little bit of information is useful. I picked up a couple of things from each clip, especially the one on ADR. Much appreciated!

The ADR one is misleading. You don't need a studio to do it, the concept is to be able to re-record dialogue or change lines during coverage and reaction shots to improve or fix your movie.

Chain Video

Chain Video

A night in the bar with the award winners Volker Krieger (www.vk-videokunst.com Dortmund) and Sascha Dornhöfer (www.neuemassenproduktion.de Berlin) results most of the time in an empty pocket and a bunch of good ideas. Last year they have initiated a chain video as it is called. Krieger and Dornhöfer provide two initial segments that should be continued by videos of other filmmakers. All filmmakers worldwide are invited to participate in the project to create an epic work of art. All non-English videos must be provided with English subtitles. Films should not exceed 2 minutes and should be sent in as Quicktime format. A detailed set of rules as well as all other necessary information can be found on

Question

A question that is in no way meant to be negative. Just for my info. The shots of the girl over his shoulder. Do they break the 180 degree rule in that she goes to the right of the screen. Should the shots have been over his left shoulder which would have kept her to the left of the scree?
