Viewing XH-A1 output on TV screen
Is there a way to hookup the XH-A1 to a SD TV and watch the HD video on the TV screen? WIth my GL-2, I sometimes hook it up and let my family watch the video before I download it to my PC for editing. I'm curious if I will be able to do the same with the XH-A1, particularly HD video on an SD TV.

Yes, and you'll end up buying a HDTV soon after that anyways.

Stephen,
I watch video recorded on my A-1 on an SD T.V. I go into the menu and choose downconvert and watch from there. The HD signal is downconverted to SD. I'm finding the downconverted video sharper than video recorded in SD. As Jerome said, our next purchase is an HD T.V. :) |
