Pal, Ntsc Xl2
I recently aquired a canon xl2 on ebay, shipped from New York. Upon getting it, I realized quickly that the camera shipped to me was PAL, not NTSC. The seller will not return my calls.
The camera is basically brand new. I spoke to Canon and B & H and they are unable to trade for an NTSC. I'd rather not make the investments necessary to adequately convert PAL to NTSC. Is there a solution that wouldn't invove re-selling? What steps can I take from this point? |

I'm sure you've explored this already but were you explicitly led to believe you were buying an NTSC cam? If so, you should be reporting it to eBay.
