NeoScene Capture Source - Default to 1394a?

Just updated from NeoHDV to NeoScene - primarily to capture/convert 5dMII footage. Also using XLh1 and HV30.

Is there a capture option for 5d. Right now I have to use canon utility to transfer via usb and then convert to .avi with NeoScene for Vegas 8.0d. Seems there should be a more efficient workflow? I only have 1394a capture, which Neo defaults to as a capture source. If I install an FW800 port, (and get a CF reader for it) will NeoScene default to this? I haven't found a source capture option.

Thanks in Advance.

Ken:

This is PC, I assume. Whether you insert your CF card into a card reader on your machine, or use the Camera connected to USB, then in NeoScene, you select the file convert tab, then locate camera chip (it will be treated as a drive) then mark files on the CF card you want converted. This is not capture. This is conversion. I actually preserve most of my original files, so I will drag and drop them to my computer, then convert the files I want converted from there. In that way, originals are always available for reconversion.

Thanks Chris... that's exactly what I was looking for. I'm just so used to the capture tab.
