Sound Sync not Exporting at DVinfo.net

I have a Quicktime concert file that is out of sync.
I have brought it back into Final Cut and re synced it (at many different points)

It plays great in Final cut,
but goes out of sync again when I out put it.
I have tried DV NTSC & PAL to no avail,

Any Ideas ?

Tape was originally PAL
you need to set FCP to be PAL
then import, re sync export...

I also added Slugs in between the clips - I believe this helps keeping Sound set in the timeline
