Need information for sending my gyhd100a in for new filmware upgrade for final cut #6
Can someone give me information on sending my camera in for the new upgrade if I do not want to do it my self on line. Thanks Gary

Officially the JVC website says to call this number: 1-800-582-5825
However, this seems like a simple same-day dealer serviceable task, so I would just call your dealer or local service centre (especially if you are still under warranty.)
