I have had DPS NLEs since my first Video Action NT with the Perception video recorder card. I have been very happy with their products and tech support. I primarily did DVCAM productions with this system but it is capable of working in uncompressed component and composite video as well as DV. An optional I/O card can be purchased from Leitch for SDI. This is the best Broadcast Quality Real Time NLE in its price range. You’d have to spend twice as much for its equivalent in an AVID.
