The Sony NEX FS-100 Accessory Mounting Plate, mounts to the two 1/4-20 holes on the top of the camera body plus the 1/4-20 on the hot shoe giving you solid mounting and all of the mounting points you will likely ever need.

I bought a set of LEDs a few months ago. I like them for some jobs. But sometimes I think the tungsten lights look better. The LEDs are great when I don't want the heat and in small areas. If I didn't have 2 sets of the ARRIs, I wouldn't sell them.
