Re: Do you use a monopod?
That is a good point Rickey. I do run several cameras, so the monopod camera would suffer while adjusting the others... I guess bridal prep is a good place to start. I have used a monopod there...

Re: Do you use a monopod?
I would say camera shake is my main concern. Then second would be fatigue induced camera shake... I did a test run tonight with the canon 100mm macro tracking my kids running around the living room. ...

Re: Do you use a monopod?
So, there seems to be several that use monopods, and even handheld shooters. Do any of you provide a long form of the wedding or are you just picking short clips to put into an edit? How long (clip...

Re: Do you use a monopod?
Clive, your option here surprised me. I am pretty sure I read a post by you regarding not wanting even the slightest wobble or sway in a steadicam.

Re: Follow Focus Aids for Bridal Entry
Robert, I checked your link on Amazon... The section that says "Customers Who Bought This Also Bought" and it is all video gear. Not one kitchen item! Looks like you are not the only one. :)

Re: Follow Focus Aids for Bridal Entry
I have done the aisle shot a few different ways. I have sat in the 4th or 5th row on the aisle with a XA20 on a monopod. I have placed my little sony RX100 in the front pointing down the aisle. I...

Do you use a monopod?
So, do you use a monopod for weddings? I either want motion in my shot or don't, and a monopod seems that it would be somewhere inbetween. I realize some video cameras have IS that helps this. But...

Re: Premiere Pro CC Multicam help!
I agree with the need. I use 5-6 cameras for a ceremony and normally 4 at a reception. I also use 3-4 audio recorders too. PluralEyes saves SO much time. Don't get me wrong. I know how to do it...
