Re: A windy wedding (possibly rainy).. how to handle?

Re: first wedding trailer with my canon 60d

I think you have over-used the slow motion in this clip. I felt like being stuck in time and it doesn't blend too well with the song choice and the feel of the wedding itself. Just my opinion....

Re: I hate the "I want it all for nothing clients"

Re: Same Day Edits Workflows

I reckon get an assistant to do it for you. I would usually transcode (or in your case, capture) the main events in the ceremony as priority ie. entrance, vows, rings, kiss, announcement etc. I'd...

Re: How many Monopod users?

+1 for the monopod. It adds a lot of possibility to camera angle & movements while keeping it steady.

Re: Wedding nightmare...hope this never happens to anyone here

Wow, good on the groom for being so cooperative with the videographer and have actually helped him/her found the gears.

Reminds me not to leave my gear unattended ever again. Although it's...

Re: Hotel ceremony with bright windows advice

Options:

1. Shoot from the side
2. Close the windows blind
3. Relocate the speech table
4. Beg to God he sends a dark cloud over the venue

Simple :)

Thumbs up Jeff. Well said. :)

Not all judges are nice in Masterchef, US Idol, Britain Got Talent (Okay I watch too many reality shows). But the key is not to take it personally and take what you...
