What portable lights do you use?

I need to invest in some portable lights. Are the Z96 still good or do you guys use something else? One further note, I'm talking portable as in on camera light, not one where you have to use a stand.

To tell you the truth, I found most of the people I work with through Craiglist so keep looking. However, I only find the videographers that I would like to learn from through connections.

Maybe by using cheap labor? Also, it's not made mechanically up to the same standards as Zeiss so it wouldn't last as long.

those are worthless. It takes too much time to get them set up. The newer versions have micro adjustment so you can balance it better. If it was me, I'll try to buy it between $200-$300.
