I tried out your guy's suggested settings, and it's working great! Tapeless, baby! And so far, I haven't had a corruputed file yet... With the old settings I was using I was getting corrupted files...

The best setting for exporting HD is by far h.264. You can play it back on a progessive scan dvd player, too.
