What about 24f (XhA1) and 24p(hv20) multiclip? After I convert the HV footage into 23.97, the XH clip turns into 29.97 (in the multiclip) making it impossible to synch both. What? Why? How do I get...

Headphone Volume
I can't get the headphones volume up enough to be significant source of monitoring, at least using the built-in mic or a mini-jack shotgun mic (Rode Video Mic). Any leads?
