learn to master DVD studio
i used to use idvd but after basic tuturiols on youtube i mastered DVD studio, the quality is much much better than IDVD, just remeber to bump up the settings in the...

robert have u tried looking at the setting that you are exporting at. click the drop down where it says same as sequence and choose 1440x1280

see if that works??

i cant see the point of doing 3 or 4 weddings for free, unless your really bad and have no idea or passion for the medium.

yes i also think pro res is the way to go

i have spent the last 5 months trying and testing every combination and the best results are, or in my opinion, capture pro res 422, edit pro res 422...

here is what i did

take a 6 grand loan
purchase a sony HVr v1 ( great color)
Purchase mac pro and final cut 2 , new graphix card and more ram
Sit every night and every weekend in front of it...

i usually get around 100 disc prints per cartridge. it uses only few colors so blacks are not jet black but black enough for me and other colors seems vibrant. its fast and so so so so easy to use....
