I would say that it is considered common...

I would say that it is considered common knowledge that video quality from 7D and T2i is almost identical. One can certainly do a multi-cam shoot with these two cameras.

Nope - video ended up looking OK. I might have been better off setting at 1600 ISO and raising brightness in post - maybe no difference. Not sure about auto where there is no control...

Lights were very low and atmospheric at concert, manual exposure with auto ISO chose 3200 most of the time.

Video was dark and noisy, but PP with noise reduction got it looking pretty good.

FYI, I shot a dance concert indoors (30fps) for almost two hours (5-10min clips), used up two 16GB cards - no overheating or temp light. In fact, I've never seen the temp light.
