Can Neo Scene and Neo HD Coexist

Title says it all, really! I have a registered version of Neo Scene, but I'd like to install the latest trial of Neo HD. Will that cause problems with Neo Scene?

I haven't checked in the camera's manual recently, but generally Canon recommends formatting the card onlyusing the camera.
