EX3 RCA Audio Out to Balanced XLR?

Just wondering what gear everyone is using to get the audio out of the EX 3 for double enders or feeding from the camera in news situations. I realize you can get audio via the SDI port but this is not practical for news situations.

For 'news', I assume you are referring to internet streaming because all the local news stations use SDI to transmit.

Look into converters from Aja and BlackMagic Design to get Balanced XLR. I know they have an SDI to XLR output that demuxes the audio streams from the HD-SDI output.
