Colin, I'd like to sell everything at once, if I can.

If nothing comes of this in a week or so, I'll offer things up separate.
I'll keep you first in line for the adapter and hood.

PD150 needs a good home $800

PD150 for sale. This cam is in perfect working order, I've never seen a dropped frame, and I preferred this camera's images over it's brother, the VX2100 which I recently sold.

This camera has some hours on it (see pics at link below for hours) but operates perfectly. Even though it is my oldest camera, it has been my favorite.

Included is power cord adapter and NPF970 genuine battery.

I have purchased new FX1000s and simply don't need this camera any more.

Please view pics below to see breakdown of hours.

Colin: protocol is to post saying item is sold. As per the Sticky at the top of the page, CH has asked that requests to close a thread not be posted. Hope you found what you were looking for.

Rick J. Johnson February 10th, 2009 10:58 AM

Thanks Trevor, ya I just noticed that looking at the post again for his magicqcam. I've been keeping tabs on your post but its just out of reach for what I have saved up already. Have been out bid on ebay when they do show up every time so far. 1,500 is not a bad price for your unit but they have been selling between 1200-1300 on ebay and thats all I can afford right now. BTW why are you wanting to part with it? At this point I'd cut off my left nut just to get my hands on one;-)

Best wishes,
Rick J.

Canon 1D markII PRICE DROP - $1050!

3 Attachment(s)
I'm selling my sweet, sweeet Canon 1D mark2 D-SLR, one of the fastest DSLRs to ever hit the market.

8.5 full resolution frames per second, with a buffer of 40 (I've had up to 60) frames, before it slows down to take a breath.

I love it, only selling because I'm not shooting sports anymore.
But you don't have to take my word for how awesome it is: Canon 1D Mark II Review

Mine comes with the original box, manuals, discs, charger, battery, plus a SECOND battery. Has roughly 37,000 actuations, with a new shutter assembly put in by Canon roughly 2 years ago. It's rated at about 150,000 actuations, so has a decade of life left, if you shoot an insane amount like I do... or 30 years if you don't. :)

This is environmentaly sealed just like the 1Ds, and is the most solid camera I've ever held.

EDIT: Price drop from $1250 to $1050!

I'll take Paypal, buyer pays shipping, and will give you a guarantee period to test it out. It is lighting fast in every way, like the day it came out of the box (which still has a pricetag of $4000 on it).

Enjoy these stock photos! Mine is just as mint (I will send photos to the buyer if he/she wishes).

Matthew Harris February 10th, 2009 11:45 AM

i have an fx7 that is a year old ... used maybe once or twice a month at most and never for long shoots...did not use the fx7 for capture...original box and the basic accessories plus an extra battery and convenient wall/travel charger so you don't have to charge battery through camera...

what were you looking to spend ?

Bescor MP101 or Any Other motorized pan/tilt head.

So you have one sitting on a shelf or in a closet in good condition? Do you have the remote and maybe even and extensions for it?
If you do I am interested in buying it for a reasonable price.
Thanks
Brian

Sorry to hijack this thread, but in the meantime, I have a pair of Audio Technica AT Pro 88W VHF wireless mics with the good lavs for $330 Paypal shipped lower 48...

Yes I know, they're VHF but I recently did a shoot in the middle of LAX with them and nary a twitter of interference. Seems even the cabbies are using UHF these days.

So - line of sight only but a decent pair of mics for the price. Hollywood mainly uses these for stunt work or monitoring hops (i.e. from the recorder's confidence head/monitoring system to the script super, boom op, director, et al), and I do too, on larger shoots. On smaller ones, they're likely as not to be the only mics I use.

Jay TenBrink February 10th, 2009 07:29 PM

Sale pending on the tripod.

Rick, if you want it for $1350 shipped (or 1300 local pickup) it's yours, and you can keep your left AND right nuts! I'm selling it simply because it will not support my current rig, which grew in size dramatically with redrock rods, shoulder mount, follow focus, mattebox, filters, lenses, M2 and MicroX adapter. Yeah, its way too heavy now, and it won't be coming apart anytime soon!

I'll shoot you an email, I hate to hijack anyone else's thread. Talk to you soon.

Stabilizer

It is a Magiqcam II (thanks Trevor). I'm elling it because I don't fly it anymore. I've been doing mostly writing for the last 2 years so I haven't had any use for it and would rather have it used than sit in a crate in my closet... and my wife wants the space (I cannot partake of the nut talk for I am married , thus...). I'm looking for $1000 plus shipping.

Cartoni Focus/Miller Solo VJ Legs w/Porta Brace

Like new Cartoni F100 Focus head (purchased new 12 months ago from Abel Cine) and Miller Solo CF VJ Tripod for sale. Includes a Porta Brace TS38A mummy bag. Bag has slight damage on one section of zipper, but still works (they charge $50 to repair at Porta Brace). This set-up is rock solid and performs great. I would keep it for sure, but 2009 has started off dead and need the money. Includes Miller strap, but minus the screw that holds the strap. Screw is $25 from Miller.

If this was purchased new today it would be $2171 plus shipping from B&H, my price is $1375 and includes shipping and Paypal fees (shipping in Cont. US).

If you are thinking about moving up to a real tripod, this is the one for you! Weight range is 2-22lbs

Pics are here: Picasa Web Albums - John - Cartoni/Mille...

Thanks for looking,
John

Are you in Las Vegas or in Orange County - the location under your name says Vegas.

I ask, because I will be in Vegas next week, and if you were there, I would be interested in the package, minus the two Nikon lenses.

I am selling a bunch of my equipment. As for my credibility: I am fairly close with a couple prominent users here, I have 160 feedback on eBay, and I have NO problem with concluding a sale on here via eBay w/ PayPal as to provide you with payment security. Further, I am alright with you coming in person and checking out the hardware pre-sale--given you live near Orange County, California

Here is what's for sale:

XHA1 + Letus Extreme + Nikon 50mm f1.4 Lens + Nikon 105mm f2.5 Lens w/ UV filter + High-Capacity Battery (NOT SEPARABLE) = $3,820

Details:

XHA1 - Used only a few times, looks absolutely mint. Glass is equally as flawless. I'd say total hours on the heads must be at 30. Comes with all factory accessories, including standard battery, charger, cables, and guide. Will be shipped in factory box.

Letus Extreme - Literally used 4 times. Works absolutely flawlessly--internals are pristine (no dust, etc.). There are some scrapes on the metal casing, but that's because it's easily scratchable (like an iPod backing). Comes with improved Nikon mount, allen wrenches, factory how-to guide, and end caps.

Battery - Purchased with the XHA1, equally as unused.

Lenses - Incredible condition--glass, internals, and casing. Don't know what else to say. They seriously look new.

Sale pending on the Sennheiser mic.

Alastair Brown February 12th, 2009 02:20 AM

Just to clarify, all I am selling is the mount for the front of the Letus Extreme that lets you fit Nikon lenses. I went the Canon FD route so this is surplus to requirements.

New and un-marked.
