Selling my Fujinon XS16x5.8A-XB8 1/2" hot shoe mount HD lens. This is the stock lens from a Sony PMW-320 camera. I believe it will work on a Sony EX-3 with the adapter, but I'm not 100%. For sale is a Canon XH-A1 along with a Sony HVR-MRC1K (Records to Compact Flash from the XH-A1 Firewire Port). Canon Glass has been well protected and takes beautiful pictures. This has been a wonderful camera. The Sony Tapeless Unit makes the workflow with this very easy. It creates .M2T files that will import directly into Adobe Premiere and edit beautifully.

Included are both unit's retail boxes, 2 OEM batteries for each machine (2 Sony, 2 Canon), and 4 16GB CF Cards (Good for about 72 minutes of video ea.).

Full disclosure:

There is a bend in the camera-end of the Sony Unit's Firewire cable. Doesn't affect the operation, but should be noted to make sure people know.

Sometimes if you flip the AF/MF switch to fast, it won't engage the AF on the XH-A1. This has always been this way, but it has to be seated well in order to engage. I think it's present on all cameras of this model. Again, just want to make sure people know what they're looking at.

Martin & Ziegler Post Production Console
 

Up for sale is a beautiful post production console built by Martin & Ziegler. It is a customized model CF91 MAX Edit desk – customized in that the bridge sits slightly higher than the standard model, so as to better view the control monitors sitting on it. Martin & Ziegler offer a zillion possible finishes – I chose a brushed aluminum look for the desk & bridge tops, which has some visual interest while remaining pleasantly neutral. The console is in perfect condition – the only reason I’m selling is a move where I won’t really have the space for it anymore.

Measurements: 91”W x 45”D x 29”H (main surface) / 39”H (bridge).Pic Console4 shows the surface pretty accurately.

A 32GB SxS card (included) is good for 159 minutes when recording 1080i60 or 209 minutes when recording 720p24. I have some used U100 Audio-Technica Wireless for sale. These are my personal pieces, except for the Antenna Distro System.

It's 728.125 to 740.500 MHz. As you may know, those frequencies are no longer legal for wireless here in the USA. So this would be for use outside the USA.

I have two body mic transmitters each with an Audio-Technica omni lav, one plug-on transmitter (no phantom power) and two receivers. The transmitters and receivers use 9VDC batteries and I also have the AC power supplies for the receivers. Lavs will work in 5-pin Lectro transmitters. All working properly.

I also have an ATW-D70 Antenna Distro System box for that system. Don't know how well it works. Someone gave it to me.

I am selling my great condition Canon XL H1 Professional HDV Camcorder.

I have had this camera for about 3 years and lost interest.

There are 2 issues to note: 1, The tape player/recorder needs repair, It has trouble recording smooth video. And 2, The 3,5mm Headphone Jack is busted.

It's a typical EF lens, aperture is controlled through the body.

You can learn more about the Angeniux/Tokina connection here...and this page details the different generations of this lens, albeit the Nikon mount version. This is one of the two "good" ones described.

What makes this great for cine shooting is that the focusing ring has a clutch that switches between autofocus and manual with hard stops at either end, so focus pulls can be done repeatedly as with a cine lens.

Age? Not really sure--I bought it used myself. I would say mid 90's perhaps? Just a guess.

I got this a few weeks ago from the B&H used dept. Looks brand new!

This is a manual lens (all the way) in Nikon F mount, it will fit Nikons directly, Canon EOS with a simple inexpensive adapter ring, and Micro Four Thirds with adapters starting at about $18.

Something like this is what I used a few years ago to mount a 50mm Nikkor f1.8 AI-S lens to a Canon T1i for manual aperture control:

It is the "cine" version with geared focusing ring (works with follow focus or by hand - can't miss it!) and geared "declicked" aperture ring. Apertures are marked in "T" stops (supposedly reflects true transmission values) which roughly approximate "F" stops (doesn't matter because the camera's exposure system reads light coming through the lens).

Includes original box, front and back caps, lens hood, and pouch. Plus a 72mm Tiffen 1.2ND (four stops reduction) filter I ordered brand new with the lens.



Screen grab below is from video test footage shot with this lens. This lens is an outstanding portrait lens as well as a great performing telephoto video lens and low light lens for night work. I use it on my GH3s with the same RainbowImaging Nikon F to m4/3 adapter I use for my other Nikon mount lenses. I only have that one adapter so none are included with this lens.


Why am I selling it? Well, I like it and like the test results with it. But I'm making myself spring for the Olympus 75mm F1.8 made for the m4/3 system, it runs $899 and this will "partially" fund it.
