Wanted: Wireless mic setup

Hi, I'm not looking for the really expensive sets that cost thousands of dollars. I'm mainly looking for a used, decent UHF setup like a EW100 Sennheiser, or a Samson or even a Azden. I need the transmitter and receiver with mic. Whatever you have could you please e-mail me at bjbmccurdy@sbcglobal.net with pics and prices.
Oh, I definitely want one with a hotshoe mount for my FX-1.

thanks, Bart

Christopher Witz August 28th, 2007 07:20 PM

Hey Bart...

I was just about to post an Azden 200ULT setup here dvinfo....

I've only had it about 6 months. Bought it from B&H for close to $700.

I've shot 2 projects with it... a cooking show and a commercial. Works perfectly.... I've had it on both my Z1 and an FX1. Has it's original box and papers as well as it's 1st set of batteries.

I'm looking to get $500 and will include paypal and shipping with that price.

Reason for selling..... it's just to heavy on my Z1 with steadicam merlin.

detail... Azden 200ULT

Looking for a pair of 720p crash cams. I tried the HV20 and was disappointed by the rolling shutter and lack of 30p. Let me know what you've got, and an asking price.

I used it on a Fuji S20x6.4BRM lens that has since been sold.

I also still have the Varizoom zoom control for the Fuji.

Thanks,

Cavision Matte Box

Pains me to sell it cause it looks so freaking cool on my DVX but I don't use it enough. Cavision 4"x5.6" Matte Box/Rail System/French Flag purchased last July from B&H. I have used it twice, otherwise it has been stored in a padded case. Includes two 4x4 filter holders and one 4x5.6 filter holder (all metal). Works perfectly and flawless except for one minor scratch on the back left side of the matte box. It came from B&H this way and it wasn't worth it to me to return (almost unnoticeable). Comes with adapter ring for 72mm threaded lenses, but others are available through Cavision. Works perfectly on an HVX too.

$400 shipped to the lower 48 through Paypal. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii possible (you pay for it), no international buyers, sorry.

Picture

Thanks.

Lens cleaning kit

Jimmy McKenzie August 30th, 2007 03:54 AM

I have a helpful suggestion ...

Many of the classifieds here end up with a successful ending usually because:

You have a list of the goodies.
Each item can be purchased separately
And most importantly, you have a price associated with each item.

For example, your camera is very desireable but the Canon hard case will likely not be. Don't assume this adds value to your job lot offering ... it most likely does not.

Best of luck!

Chris Hurd August 30th, 2007 07:00 AM

It's true that the branded aluminum hard case does not have much value. It's best if it's included with the camera as a freebie, meaning, if a potential says they don't want it, then the price of the camera kit doesn't go lower just because of that.

The only part of the kit worth selling separately is the 7" Lilliput Monitor and batt.

Man this forum is busy. One day, top of page 1. A day later, bottom of 3rd page.

Thanks Dave, but I'm not sure your FMM-6A will actually fit the Fuji 16x5.5 lens. The JVC website says that FM500 is the only one that will fit.

I have a FM13U that fits my 13x3.5 just fine, but won't work with a 16x5.5.
It's too bad there isn't more standardization among these lenses.

Seth Bloombaum August 30th, 2007 10:49 AM

Does this include OnLocation and Ultra?

Taky Cheung August 30th, 2007 10:51 AM

Yes it does include OnLocation CS3 and Adobe Ultra CS3. I copy and paste the list of software from Adobe Web site. I guess these 2 software are PC only, they don't have it listed. But it is part of the Production Premium Package.

Thanks

Taky

I don't have the number now, but can get it tonight, but I believe the only thing that is different is the block that attaches to the lens.

The reason I know is I bought one for the wide-angle lens, and it came without the block. I bought the part and in the course of invesigating found out from both Fujinon and Canon that the block was the only difference (and the label on the handle). I will post the part numbers later if I can find them.

There is also a parts guy sitting in an office somewhere on the east coast with all the parts books and drawings. On a couple of occasions he has given me part numbers, including for this. However, I have no idea how to reach him directly anymore.

Jack Walker August 30th, 2007 11:44 AM

Can you put a link to the exact item on B&H? Thanks!
