Re: Irene - Teaser for my new Short - GH4
Brian,
Your work is in most ways at a very high level. I have watched almost everything you posted, even if I did not plan on finishing it when I fist saw it, I stayed till the end in most cases....

Re: The dark side of Facebook Live
Hey Charlie,
Thank you very much for that information. I have often wondered why Radio stations don't utilize the incredible power of live streaming more often. I figure it is a Radio/Broadcast...

I just want to throw in that Boundary Mics and PZM (Pressure Zone Microphone) are an entire category of...

Steve,
If your considering manual stabilizers? Don't forget to consider the Black Bird by Camera Motion Research. I love mine. I don't use it for my work a lot but when I do I can pull off a...

Re: AC shore power for what was 12V belt pack
Hey Seth,
It would not be worth trying to modify it. It has 3 lamps that put out 30 watts each at 12 volts. It has been retired for years. If I could find a reasonable way to power it I would...

AC shore power for what was 12V belt pack
I have a very old Cool-Lux Tri Light that I ran off of a battery belt pack, run-n-gun shoot em in the eyes and almost blind them forever in the old days type of light.
The battery belt is long ago...

Re: Some ??? about my new FDR 3000
I have not used the camera a lot. But I have tried it enough to know I can not recommend the live view remote. The connectivity is absolutely unreliable. Some times it works and sometimes it does...

Re: The dark side of Facebook Live
Absolutely true Seth! You must monitor your end result, including the audio. When you are the one in charge of that broadcast you can never say "It looked good when it left the truck." No one...

Re: wireless audio
One more problem to mention here. Music is often mixed with some of the sound (vocals or instruments) sent to just one channel to emphasize stereo effect. Or for what ever reason was in the mind of...
