Zoom H4n vs. Sound Devices
For small productions would you say it's acceptable to strap an H4n (or DR100) to your person and run a boom and lav (or 2 lavs, etc.) to it? I would think at 24/96 you're getting the same quality...

So, I'm curious, and I mentioned this in my wedding thread...I have a Canon XHA1 and a GH2. The XHA1 shoots anamorphic 1080i (1440x1080) and the GH2 shoots full raster/square pixels at 1920x1080i/p....

Okay, it DID have to do with the adapter. The adapter has an aperture lock mechanism that has to be in the open position before attaching the lens. Then you switch to lock and then you can adjust...

Jeff, it has nothing to do with the adapter. The adapter seems fine. I was turning the aperture in my hand sans adapter, and it wouldn't budge past f/4.0.
