is it twixtor that is giving you those really smooth slow mos with 24p...or is FCP just better at slowing 24p down than my Vegas? If its a setting in twixtor that helps give 24p slowmo that smooth...

yeah..this was a different wedding for me because they didn't have all the traditional aspects of the wedding day...their reception was mainly some finger foods and they cut some cake...nothing...

when I have to throw an XL2 into the mix with my A1's that's typically what I do...use the XL2 in the back with a wide shot...turns out nice..especially if you're going back down to SD anyway...

I'm actually trying to capture with the camera i shot it with. That's the other problem...its an XL2...and for some reason...anything i shoot in that camera can only be played back with that...

bad tape!!

I started capturing footage from a wedding i recently shot and I found that one of the tapes (with important footage) seems to be messed up. The physical tape looks fine...but the video is captured...

I totally agree that 9-12 months is way too long. However, if I tell a client 3-6 months and I go 7-8 months because a large project sidetracked me on the 4th month, what do I do?
