i deciding between this two devices. Which one should be more on my list than the other? I can get the fs-4 hd for $709.

i recently did a timelapse using my a1. 1hour shot in 60i then imported into premiere and shrunk to about 3mins 11secs.

Full Auto, during Sunset.

anyone thought of encoding the videos for PS3/Xbox360.

the video would great and it would be in High Def. also.

then give it to them on a cd.

x264 compression works a charm too.

I shot a wedding and while i was editing i noticed in premiere one was shot as DV 1.2 and the other as DV 0.9. so one looks like it has letterbox(16:9) and other just full screen 16:9.

isnt that the same thing as just exporting the dvd. i mean you have a project thats HDV and it moves it to DVD and you will still end up with the same picture wouldnt you?
