sounds like you recorded your footage at a different audio sample rate compared to the sample rate on your editing software program. ie 44.1 and 44.8, these need to match in pro audio software...

bought a ntg1 yesterday! didnt think ied ever have a use for the battery on the ntg2, the mic will be on the cam the whole time using 48v, plus its a bit smaller too.
