NTG-2 on the XH-A1 mic holder...will I regret not using a shock mount?

or is the difference negligible? Basically, I want to keep the hot shoe for lighting.

One XH-A1 and an HV 20 for weddings

The XH-A1 is a great camera but can I use the HV 20 in a way where it can be effective since I already own one. The aesthetics of the HV 20 are not the most professional, so what is the best option?

I found the XH-A1 for much cheaper at us1photo (about $135 cheaper) and no shipping and tax.

So I decided to add a Pag C6 for my lighting.

Will the lens hood that comes with the XH-A1 still fit after I put on a wide angle lens? Or should I be looking for a matter box.
