Re: Audio Test - Opinions Please
Cheers Jeff!
So, the first audio is the in built mics. Second and third are the cheap and then pricier mini mics - £5 and £30 respectively. Last up is my wired lapel mic.
So, since I wanted to...

Re: large tripod bag w/wheels
I bought this last year - one of my best ever purchases. Think it's designed for drum hardware.
Might be overkill for just two tripods. For me it holds two tripods, two lightstands, a monopod and...

Audio Test - Opinions Please
Some of you will have noted from my previous thread that I have decided to improve my process and setup for recording speeches with a recorder on the venue mic.
Part of this has involved...

Girlfriend/Boyfriends in Family Photos
I'm sure it's not just in my area that photographers tend to set up a with and without shot of teh bride/grooms sibling both with and without their partners. The obvious reason being that theres no...

Re: Nebula 4000 Lite Wedding
As long as you aren't planning to shoot on anything less than fully bright indoor venues. The Gopro still cannot cope anywhere near well enough in low light IMO.

Re: Clip Limit - workarounds or alternatives?
These apps though - do they not require a wifi network in order to speak to each other? Not often available at churches and some venues.
So, are the video cameras on a par or not? Regardless of...

Clip Limit - workarounds or alternatives?
I recently bought a Sony a6000 which is mainly used on my Nebula 4000. The footage is so good though that during ceremony and speeches I'm tempted to put it somewhere as another wide/safety/alternate...

I have to fork out for some software here. I've been a Vegas user for four years. But when it comes to potentially forking out a fair few hundred, I want to decide if i should just bite the bullet...

Re: Will you take this gig?
Personally speaking, I read the ad and think "cool, I don't have to work hard for this one".
Basically with the restraints, its a licence to stand at the back and get really basic footage. Zero...

Re: Nebula 4000 Lite Wedding
Whilst theres no doubt you have to treat the Nebula like you would a newborn, I can't say that the first two failures were much to do with the fragility of the device. I was very careful with it....

Re: Nebula 4000 Lite Wedding
Chris, I've starting slowing down quite a few scenes. These all shot in 50p and designed to be half speed in timeline. I didn't do it in this video as it may appear like cheating!
If you mean I...

Re: Charging station
I use a B&Q plastic toolbox. I drilled a hole. Unwired the main plug, passed the lead through and rewired the plug on the outside. All batteries etc charge inside with lid closed. Useful for bringing...
