Is the stuttering seen when playing the footage...

Is the stuttering seen when playing the footage in your NLE, or just when played on Vimeo? Vimeo is well known for not-so-smooth playback, especially when transcoding to its native 24fps playback.

Yeah, I certainly wouldn't use a Lenspen on a wet lens... it's a dry system and definitely not designed for use with any kind of liquid, including water! I have successfully used it to clean off...
