Re: Toast - Media capacity issues

It sounds almost as if there's a ghost file lurking somewhere that may have been intended for use in another project. I don't know how you'd check for that, however.

Problems like yours make me...

Re: Canon 17-55mm F/2.8 I.S. USM

Re: Canon 17-55mm F/2.8 I.S. USM

Re: Can't export via email

No worries. I'm glad you found what you needed. In some small way, the suggestion repays your beautiful country for the great day of fishing I had while there on R&R from the war in Vietnam.

Re: Lighting kit suggestions

I got rid of all my tungstens a year ago. Now I don't have to worry about conflict from window light, I don't have to use leather gloves to handle my lights, and I don't blow any circuit breakers....

Re: "UltimateContrast" My new 5d mark III picture style

Sorry. I don't even know what a .pf2 file is. When I Googled it, it showed a somewhat complex way to use Canon's Digital Photo Professional to get the file into the camera. I was thinking you were...

Re: "UltimateContrast" My new 5d mark III picture style

I tried looking at it, but the file type was one my Mac didn't recognize.

I don't think you're really Steven. I think you're Si from Duck Dynasty.

Re: IPB vs ALL-I doubts

Interesting. Because of this thread I went into a documentary I've been working on. Half was shot with the MK2, half with the MK3. Because Canon recommended it, I shot the MK3 footage in All-I. But...

Re: Heckled during speeches

A well-timed bout with silent flatulence might clear a little room for you. And you can blame it on anyone you want to.

Re: Best cards for 5Dii

I like Hoodman. I've used them for 6 years and have had no issues. They're a little more costly, but worth it for the peace of mind.

Re: Sd to CF adapter?

Don't forget if you use the cards in more than one camera, especially of you're using different models & types of cameras, you should format the card in the camera you're using before you start to...

Re: Black Magic Pocket Camera

I think if you carried that thing around in your pocket, you'd better wear really baggy pants with your shirt left out.

Re: Sale or trade: BlackBird Stabilizer

I don't intend to use anything to fly my cameras. I only used this one once, because what I do just doesn't call for a stabilizer, and I tend to prefer the jib or slider for movement shots.

It's...

Re: Sale or trade: BlackBird Stabilizer

Sorry. Then I'd have a case and support parts for an item I no longer own.

I no longer need another 60D, but I might be persuaded to swap for a decent EOS lens of equal value as the Blackbird.

Re: T2i recording has "been stopped automatically"

I'm surprised no one has mentioned formatting the card. I format after each time I transfer the footage and put the card back into the camera, or if I move the card from the 60D to the 5D lll. I only...

Re: Setup shooting ENG-style with the 5D Mark III?

I use the mklll for documentary work, and I have two national advertisers who oftentimes want a "handheld look" for some shots I do in their ads.

I don't use the cage rigs. I use a beefy monopod...
