Re: Sunrise Longboarding at 240fps!

Thanks guys! I would love to do a video with Brian explaining why he loves longboarding or something, that wasn't quite the M.O. for this piece though, as that would be even more outside the realm of...

Re: C100 jitter

I'll just throw in that I agree it's just a 24fps issue, but I believe it's also an issue no normal viewer will ever notice.

Re: Letus Anamorphic Adapter

Hey Mark!

That footage is all t3i/35L stuff, as it's all I've had on hand while home with my family.

I havent noticed a ton of distortion/softness, I think it's a little bit soft, but it's also...

Re: Flycam and wrist

What are you flying? I have a glidecam hd-4000 now but I've never had wrist issues. I flew an fs700 for a good chunk of yesterday. Dunno if it's technique or just strong wrists hah.

Re: Creative cloud separate from CS5?

CS5 I dunno. Cs6 I think can open CC files, but it depends on the program. Most old programs cant open newer program files. The reality is you're going to have to go CC eventually or dump Adobe. They...

Re: What head are you using on your slider?

Depends what I wanna do. I've used ballheads for diagonal slides/timelapses, and fluid heads when does level slide type stuff. I use a 701hdv or 501hdv depending on the shoot for fluids, and usually...

Re: Know what kind of Arriflex mount this is?

Interesting. If it's 16mm it should cover the BMPCC then. I dont own one at the moment. What would you want for the lens?

Re: Cheapest way to just backup 5d3

I've never tried with video, but can't you write to an SD and CF card at the same time on the 5diii? I know it's a photo option, unsure if it overloads the buffer for video.

Re: Brian and Heather - Ready For Anything

Hey Noa! Sorry for the delay replying to this one.

You can go pretty dang high on the 5diii, at least up to around 3200 and still be pretty clean. Shooting 60p on the 5diii I was probably around a...

Re: Know what kind of Arriflex mount this is?

Any time! I'd love to stick that thing on a BMCC haha. There's part of me that wants a m4/3 BMCC just because of all the cool vintage glass you can convert.

The first 13ish minutes appears as one shot in the movie, but is definitely a couple shots composited together. They pan around to just the earth and stuff at points, which allows them to pan back to...
