The battery runs this for about 4 hours.

Sigma EX 50-500mm f4-6.3, APO HSM (Canon EOS mount)

I bought this lens used last Fall for getting elk shots using my T3i. Turns out I hiked my legs off, got in great shape for hunting season, and saw zero elk!

It's sharp at 50mm, but at 500mm was sometimes excellent, sometimes a bit soft. I sent it in to Sigma, but it turns out it's the model before the upgradeable firmware, so there are no adjustments within the lens. If I had a 7D or other camera that could micro adjust for focal point, I would definitely keep the lens, but I decided to sell it and possibly get the DG model that does have upgradeable firmware.

The lens has a serial number 2002449, is in excellent used condition and includes the soft case, strap, and a solid 86mm Tiffen Haze Filter. The box is something I got for shipping and comes from the new model.
