Re: my Panasonic HC-X1500

The highest bitrate your camera is capable of is 200Mbps and your current cards can handle that, anything higher and I would be looking at faster cards. I also use the same cards as you have and only...

Re: my Panasonic HC-X1500

That's the read speed, not the write speed which is only 95mb/s, the "170mb/s" cards from Sandisk have now been replaced by 200mb/s which only means faster transfer speed to your pc.

Re: experimenting with editing

What's even better is that you get a lifetime license with the Studio version, I paid only 325euro for the studio version more then 4 years ago and every major update since then has been free of...

Re: Canon XA75 or Sony PXW-Z90

Different brands will always require more work to color match them, I have the same issue with Sony and Panasonic, if you want a video camera to match your a7 in terms of color and autofocus then...

Re: Is there a reasonable alternative to V-Log?

The issue with all panasonic GH but also S line models is the almost useless peaking, I"ve seen a lot of "reviews" from these camera's and no-one ever mentions how bad the peaking is. Even my jvc gy...

Re: Google Street View without the overlay

I tried the plugin and I was not able anymore to look at a map with streetview, as soon as I deleted the plugin I had access to streetview again so in my case it doesn't work.

Re: Google Street View without the overlay

The most important part; the attribution seen in the right bottom corner that has copyright notices, is not allowed to remove but the small overlays in the left top and bottom of that image are not a...

Re: Camera for good bokeh?

These photocamera's are all build with a lot of limitations that you won't find in a real videocamera, I could live with that if they are reliable and I prefer to shoot with panasonic camera's for...

Re: Camera for good bokeh?

I would not consider the GH6 as the colors will be different, continuous autofocus is also unreliable. The new panasonic S5 mark 2 however has much improved autofocus and is close to what Sony can do...

Re: Z280 versus FS5M2 in low light

You are responding to a question that was asked 4 years ago :)

Tom, do you really need such a huge zoom range for stage shows? a 70-200mm f4 should be just fine if you combine it with a second...

Re: GH 6 Users - Settings Causing OverExposure

It's difficult to help someone when they don't answer your questions but just keep repeating what the problem is, looks like Russ is only willing to discuss this over the phone?

Re: GH 6 Users - Settings Causing OverExposure

Did Ron's advice not help? Why don't you shoot a video with your phone to show what the problem is or show how your camera is set-up, as I said it will help to solve your issue.

Re: GH 6 Users - Settings Causing OverExposure
