Unfortunately I received it without a manual and a thorough internet search could not produce one.

One of the major complaints with the Magiqcam was its lack of internal cabling. I've modified the sled with a cable that runs up the center post for the monitor signal. It terminates as a 1/8" headphone jack on the camera end, and a phono jack on the monitor end.

I'm selling my Steadicam Pilot AA battery version including carrying case, monitor, vest, sled, etc. I bought this for a documentary that I just finished filming and would like to sell this to free up some money for post production/editing. If you're not familiar with the Pilot, this is a full camera stabilization system exactly like the ones used by the pros, except it's built for prosumer sized cameras weighing up to 10 lbs like the HVX200, EX3, EX1, XHA1, 5D, 7D, etc.

This is the perfect Steadicam for anyone interested in shooting weddings, real estate videos, indie films, commercials, documentaries, and reality TV. It's relatively compact when compared to the larger rigs and fits in it's own suitcase sized carrying case, which came with it. I babied this Steadicam and it's in great shape. I'm also including a text book on how to operate a Steadicam (The Steadicam Operators Handbook) and DVD (Steadicam EFP Training Video). The whole rig including books, dvd, etc. usually retails for $4100. I'm asking $3100 obo. I'd prefer a local sale in the LA/Orange County area.

I've used larger rigs for past projects. So if you buy this rig, I could spend a couple of hours with you to give you a few pointers.

Arri MMB-1 Mattebox with two ND Filters for sale. Got this today brand new as part of a 7d kit and do not need this lens. Took the caps off to inspect it and it's perfect -- put it back in the wrapper that's where it will stay until sold. $300 plus shipping.

I am selling my SGblade 35mm adapter. I finally bought into the DSLR movement, and I no longer have the need for a 35mm imaging adapter. This adapter is pretty much brand new. I purchased it in September of 2009, and have since used it twice, each time for a short film. Whenever it was not in use, it was sitting comfortably in its Shoot 35 flight case, and it was meticulously cleaned and cared for.

The adapter housing is scratch, scuff, and mark free. The rear and front imaging elements are crystal clear - not even a single spec of dust. I'm looking to dispose of my highly modified Flycam Magic Indicator Stedicam system and I have a new plan hatching which won't include it's use.
This rig has been highly modified so it operates to a workable spec and amongst a lot of other things the arm has had all the bushes replaced with bearings, arm block has been modded to allow left right and forward back adjustments and the fixed gimbal post has been put also on bearings. The entire original spring system was scrapped and a custom 5 spring system is in the arm so it's now optimal for cameras between 2 kg and 6 kg ..the sled bearings have all been changed and the sled has a 7" monitor as well as an 1800mah Li-Ion battery pack and charger. The vest has also been tweaked for comfort and is a backmount unit. I have used this for wedding photoshoots almost every weekend this season and it works perfectly now.

I paid AUS$1480 (plus $200 shipping) for it last year but have spent pretty close to $600 on the mods.

I'm looking for around the $800.00 mark plus shipping at cost.. less than half what I spent!!

Anyone interested ??? ....probably ideally in Australia unless you are prepared to pay for overseas shipping (around $200 to the USA and about $80 in Australia)
