I've been doing my research and realized my initial price may have been a little high. I'd like to sell the xl1s, MA-100 and Nebtek LCD for $2600.

Thanks,
Doug

Benny,
Are you selling the 100 and replacing it with one of the other cameras you mentioned? If so, what is your reasoning? I'm curious because I'll be getting a new camera (gl1 now), and was under the impression that the 100 is better than the pd 170 and the gl2...

Vx1000 for sale. Rarely used, perfect cosmetic condition (with the exception of some scratches on the lens hood) The lens itself is flawless. It comes with two 730h batteries and the original charger.

I'm asking about $1000

Guys?
Is no one interested in this exellent condition camera?
I am going to be adevertising it elsewhere soon, so throw me a price, and we can have a negotiation.

October 5th, 2004, 11:06 AM
I have a Sony vx2000, here is the problem mechanically and electronically this camera works great! But cosmetically it isn't in the best condition. I bought this camera in the intention to fix it up but I just don't have the time. I am an honest person and I will try to explain the problems as best as I can, This camera can be fixed or used for parts either or it still is working and can be used for a camera as well. There are some scratches on the body and the only major thing is the top bayonet mount is chipped off. But feel free to email for a further description and pictures. But I just want to get this thing off my hands either way if no one wants it now I will put it on ebay. But feel free to email me at shad0b0x69@aol.com

Lawrence, WQould you be interested in selling the wide angle adapter seperately, and if so, what sort of price would you be looking for?

Lawrence Stevens
October 5th, 2004, 03:41 PM
Hmmm
A difficult question to answer
I would like to try and keep the kit complete for the moment, as I believe it will make it more desirable to the right buyer. However if you are not in too much of a rush, then give me you email and maybe in a month if no one is interested then I'll let you know

regards and thanks for the interest,
Lawrence

I am seeking a good short shot gun microphone with a shock mount, zepplin, and pardon the expression: dead cat (ahem).

Ideally this would be a Sennheiser ME-66 or along those lines.

Please let me know if you have some audio gear for sale.

Thanks.

So I have a real offer of $2350 for the xl1s and MA-100, but I'd have to ship it which I wanted to avoid. So I'm giving you guys a quick chance to beat that offer with local offers taking priority, but you have to act fast. I'll be checking my email.

Thanks!

Based on my assumption that the cam is still under warranty, since it was bought 5-6 mo ago, I will buy it at your price of $2050.

This is a firm offer, no games.

Hi Guys
No you are not seeing things!

I have a PAL Canon XL2 for sale!
It is brand new, unused, complete FULL PAL UK Kit with everything that comes in the box. It has been sitting in my lounge since I bought it at the beginning of the week!

Strange you are thinking...

If you are desperate to get a Canon XL2, then this is for you. The whole of the UK is pretty much out of stock (and probably will be completely out of stock in another 24 hours) and there is quite a wait until the new shipments come in from Japan - beleive me I have been speaking with the main dealers in this country, including Optex.

I am offering you the chance to have a brand new PAL XL2, right here, right now. I will give the buyer the receipt with it, so you wont have ANY problems with the warranty, and obviously the camera is only 2 days old, so you have the full 1 year UK warranty left.

Interested, well the the camera is up for sale for £4250 ovno. If you really want this camera now, then this is for you. Or you can wait an indefinate amount of time until they come back into stock in the UK.

I can honestly tell you this is NOT any kind of scam, (the camera is not stolen - I have the receipt showing that I paid full price for it) and I am happy to give you any kind of proof that this camera exists (photo's etc). The only thing I won't do is demo it to loads and loads of interested buyers - as it won't be new anymore. At the end of the day, you already should know what this camera can and can't do, and whether it is for you or not.

Email me with any queries: lawrence@REMOVElawrencestevens.co.uk
I am happy for you to pick the camera up from me. I am based in North London.

From a security side, I would like us to come to some agreement about how the buyer will pay for the camera. Obviously, unless you are happy to wait for a cheque to clear, some kind of instant, secure payment is best (I think - I am open to discuss this with the buyer)

I am only keen on dealing with people in the UK, an I would prefer the buyer to collect.

Lawrence

Why are you selling it?

Lawrence Stevens
October 8th, 2004, 01:43 AM
I was going to be doing 3 corporate videos that were due to be shot October through November.

I bought the Canon XL2 as I wanted one anyway, and then the above project would have pretty much funded the camera too.

At the last minute, that project has now been pushed back until after Christmas, so it is not critical for me to have the XL2 right at this moment

I am happy to wait a month or so for them to come back into stock. I am just making mine available if someone really desperately wants one, but is unable to find anywhere that has it in stock.

Jonathan Noone
October 8th, 2004, 07:19 AM
errrrr,

Creative Video who are one of the UK's largest dealers have a room full of them for £3500 including VAT (I've just been there).

I don't think your going to sell yours for 750 quid over the odds on what is essentially a second-hand camera

Best

Jonathan

Sorry bout that Dave, hadn't gotten around to it. But also I've checked the finances and it just isn't in the cards at the moment. Sorry I can't get it from you. I'm willing to bet you'll get more on ebay. New, they're consistantly going for 200 +/- in the 8 months I've been tracking the SGM-2x. Sorry again.

Hi,

I'm going to clean out my audio locker and will be selling a sennheiser me66/k6 battery/phantom with the lightwave miniscreen and velvet glove. This setup works well and is in excellent condition.
