Jeremiah Hall February 20th, 2004, 02:27 AM I've got a PC133 128meg memory module I just pulled from my emac (replaced it with a 256), as well as a spare PC133 256meg memory module that's just sitting in my old G3 not doing much. if you're interested in either, let me know. Jeremiah Hall Krishna Narayanamurti February 20th, 2004, 06:59 AM Thanks, Dan. You made the transaction really easy with your quick e-mail responses and payment. Appreciate the positive feedback. (I only wish ebay was as simple as this.) Elmer Lang February 20th, 2004, 10:35 AM Hardly used since purchased a month ago. I was finishing project on old TiPB and using it with the Dane Hack I could preview more tracks of video than on the new one. I think I'll just keep using the oldie. $2200. Contact me at: elmerlang@yahoo.com Matt Gettemeier February 20th, 2004, 05:21 PM Tram is sold. Thanks. Torrey C. Harris February 20th, 2004, 07:02 PM what is that i have old tipb, just wondering if it'll help with fcp on pb Steve Nunez February 20th, 2004, 10:11 PM Is this the 17" model? << The Dane Hack are 2 modified FCP files that replace the standard files that tell FCP that your machine is actually higher spec than it is- and in most instances allow for more RT playback- Apple was/is conservative of their rec specs for RT playback hence the DH allows for many more RT effects to be previewed on slower machines than is usually thought possible >> Elmer Lang February 20th, 2004, 11:03 PM Sorry, bud, it's the 15.2 incher. Nice to hear from a fellow New Yorker. And a guy who knows the Dane Hack. It's been a life-saver for me. From the info I got on the Mac editing forum here, I'm less depressed. Maybe FCP 4 is the answer. All the best, Elmer Lang Brian Kirkey February 21st, 2004, 12:04 AM I am looking for a Canon WD-58H Wide Angle Lens with Lens Hood in like new condition if someone is looking for a good home for their Lens. Torrey C. Harris February 21st, 2004, 10:16 AM where can i get it from? 1-985-969-6205 Boyd Ostroff February 21st, 2004, 10:24 AM See this thread for more info: http://www.dvinfo.net/conf/showthread.php?s=&threadid=21576 You can't get the Dane Hack anymore, Apple has suppressed it... Jed Williamson February 21st, 2004, 11:27 AM Brian - You may want to create a seperate post for your looking for item. potential buyers :) I reread my post & wanted to clarify the my asking price. $1,100 for the TRV950 + the sony mini-disc & firewire card/cable. I am new to the community and it seems I clicked the wrong bar. I do appreciate your assistance. I will take your suggestion and create a separate post. Tim Frank February 22nd, 2004, 12:04 AM Well I'm looking for any one of these cameras if the price is right. The GL2 is at the top of my list, followed by the GL1 (for its size compared to the vx2000) GL2: $1500-$1750 GL1 - $900-$1150 VX2000 - $1500-$1750 (I know prices HAD to have dropped with the new vx2100) TRV950 - $1100-$1350 Let me know if anybody has anything around this. I don't really need accessories as I've acquired TONS of them over the years with the different cameras I've owned so let me know your price and deal and what you have. My e-mail is: tmaxxtim AT comcast DOT net (typing like this prevents spammers!!) Thanks again! Tim Frank Granovski February 22nd, 2004, 01:55 AM You might also want to contact dvinfo's sponsors to see if they have any of these cams used. Tim Frank February 22nd, 2004, 09:06 AM I took a look and couldn't find any there. All I saw were XL1 and XL1s's. Thanks for the suggestion though. Tim Frank February 22nd, 2004, 11:16 AM I'm VERY Interested in your TRV950. Check you're e-mail. I sent you one last night! Kris Carrillo February 22nd, 2004, 11:36 AM I'm dropping the price to $2400. Need to get rid of the PD150 soon. Cash, money order, or Paypal only. Contact me if interested: kriscarrillo@hotmail.com Chris Hurd February 22nd, 2004, 12:18 PM This lens has been sitting on a closet shelf for far too long. It needs to go to a good home where it'll be used and appreciated. This is an original (and now somewhat rare) Fujinon T14x5.5 BRM4 broadcast video zoom lens converted by Optex UK for use on the XL1 / XL1S, by removing the zoom motor handgrip and adding an XL mounting plate. It is in like-new condition and has never been used outside. It was made in 1998, sold in the U.S. by ZGC and I bought it with my XL1 package in 1999. See a complete description at http://www.dvinfo.net/canon/articles/article32.php. This lens will produce the "lens" warning in the viewfinder; but it appears only in the bottom-left corner of the display and does not blink. Meanwhile, it offers complete manual analog control of focus, zoom and iris. Backfocus is adjustable and the included manual details all aspects of lens operation. The original blank warranty card is also provided. Package includes: -- Fujinon 14x Lens with XL back -- Fujinon Lens Cap & Canon Back Cap -- Canon Lens Bag -- Operator's Manual w/ Siemens Star Focus Chart -- Warranty Card Package photos: http://www.dvinfo.net/media/hurd/fujikit.jpg http://www.dvinfo.net/media/hurd/fujilen.jpg http://www.dvinfo.net/media/hurd/fujibar.jpg http://www.dvinfo.net/media/hurd/fujixl1.jpg http://www.dvinfo.net/media/hurd/fujiman.jpg http://www.dvinfo.net/media/hurd/fujibag.jpg Price is $750 and includes half of overnight shipping charge to addresses within Continental USA. For USA customers only; payment by cashier's check please. Contact me at chris@dvinfo.net -- thanks, Frank Granovski February 22nd, 2004, 01:40 PM Try B&H. They have a large "used dep." Tim Frank February 22nd, 2004, 01:51 PM Does their inventory change often? I looked there but all they had were about 5 or 6 XL1's. Kevin Burnfield February 22nd, 2004, 05:54 PM Chris, first off: damn you... I just had resolved not to buy a manual lens in lieu of one of the 35mm options we've been talking about in the 'film look' section--- What size filters does this take? Screw on like the canon stock lens? Chris Hurd February 22nd, 2004, 09:36 PM Hi Kevin, How about that, this lens has your name written all over it, pal. It takes 62mm screw-on filters. Hope this helps, Frank Granovski February 22nd, 2004, 11:46 PM Since you live in the USA, just phone them via their 1-800 number. The number's found on our sponsor's page. Torrey C. Harris February 22nd, 2004, 11:57 PM How many hours on camera? send pics asap to: torreyandlisa@netzero.com Torrey C. Harris Noah Posnick February 23rd, 2004, 01:50 PM I have an arri 650 fresnel for sale. this includes a new 650 watt bulb as well as a light weight, but sturdy stand. The light works perfectly, shows used condition on outside (some slight scratches), but internally everything is in prestine shape (ie the fresnel lens itself is untouched). Please make me an offer. Kevin Burnfield February 23rd, 2004, 02:08 PM 62mm.... errggg... that means I would have to find a step-down ring for all the 72mm ones I've got laying around. more pain---- I'm thinking. I'm checking the balances of my accounts and which one I might be able to syphon some off without the wife noticing. Ernest Acosta February 23rd, 2004, 02:19 PM Noah, is there barn doors included? I need a 650 fresnel but don't need the stand. Noah Posnick February 23rd, 2004, 02:36 PM Yes, a complete set of barndoors is included. And I am willing to sell it without the stand. Please email me with an offer Krishna Narayanamurti February 24th, 2004, 06:59 PM Tim, just sent you an e-mail Bryan McCullough February 24th, 2004, 11:14 PM Bump. One last try.... Jenn Kramer February 25th, 2004, 01:05 AM This iBook pretty much fell into my lap (so to speak). It's a solid little machine, but I've already got a Titanium Powerbook, so I don't need it. The specs: White 14" iBook 700mhz G3 Processor 30 Gig Hard Drive 384 Meg RAM 14" Screen w/16 Meg Radeon It's got the latest version of Panther on it. It's had a firmware configuration tweak applied to it so it does monitor spanning in addition to monitor mirroring. By default the iBook's only do monitor mirroring, because Apple wants people to buy Powerbooks. The hardware is capable of monitor spanning, Apple just disables it by default. I've plugged this laptop into my 20" flat panel and run it at 1600x1200 with millions of colors and it's worked just fine. The battery's pretty much brand new, and holds an excellent charge. As a test I unplugged this machine from the wall and surfed the internet on it for 4 full hours before it wanted to be plugged back in. iBook, power adapter (with long 3 prong cord), and external video dongle for $850. Located in San Marcos, Texas. E-mail me at jeffk - a t - well.com. Thanks! Krishna Narayanamurti February 25th, 2004, 03:02 AM Hi, I'm selling my Canon GL-2, which has served me well over the past year and a half (purchased new in Sept '02 from ZGC). But sadly, can't afford to keep it and the new gear I've recently gotten. Includes all the Canon-supplied accessories: •_ AC Power/Charger (CA-920) •_ DC Coupler (DC-920) •_ Battery Pack (BP-915) •_ Remote Control (WL-D77) •_ S-Video Cable •_ Audio/Video Cable Mini-3 RCA •_ USB Cable •_ 8MB SD Memory Card (SDC-8M) •_ Lens Hood •_ Large Eyecup •_ SS-650 Shoulder Strap PLUS! As bonuses, adding in... •_ 2 extra batteries... the tough, long-lasting BP945's also from Canon (not imitations!). •_Vidpro V-200 black camera bag... made of durahyde (a leather-like fabric but that's more durable and waterproof) which comfortably and safely holds the GL-2 with lots of room left over for accessories. The GL2 is in EXCELLENT condition. The memory card and USB cable are brand new as the camera was never used for stills. All other accessories are in mint condition. asking: $1850 for the package (includes 3-day FedEx shipping)... OBO. Notes: Does not include the original box/packaging, however I will make sure it gets to you safely (the Vidpro helps secure things along with good packing). The owners manual is included, but as it had been read thoroughly during my early use of the cam and then afterwards ended up in the bottom of the bag, the cover shows some wear and many pages are wrinkled around the edges and corners. e-mail: krishnaprime@yahoo.com Krishna p.s. will e-mail pics to you if interested George Denson February 25th, 2004, 08:26 AM OK, how about $700?
